SHIPPING POLICY
We ship vial USPS First Class mail to the lower 48 states. The standard shipping time is 2-5 days. We ship within one business day of received payment. If you live in a different area contact us for shipping rates.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of our products we will only accept returns on unopened items. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and shipping rates are nonrefundable. The refund will be processed after the product has been received and approved by our quality control department. It normally takes 48 hours from the date we receive the shipment to complete the inspection and to process the refund. Based on standard credit card timing it may take 7-10 business days to receive your refund after it has been processed.
